Well I've completed my first week of having nothing but shakes (and 2 soups after swapping some mid week with my CDC)! It was actually not to bad and a lot easier than I thought it would be.
I thought I would crack mid week when I decided that I had to force myself to go food shopping with my other half.I've been craving carbs so once I got past all the frozen potato products (smiley faces never looked so appealing) I was totally fine with it.
I've discovered some recipes online a couple of days ago and I've been trying them out for the last 4 meals, it just makes it a lot more interesting. The most interesting (and strange) thing about making muffins and such is that it now feels weird to chew!
My first week finally finished this morning at 11a.m when I stepped on the scales at my CDC's house and found that I'd lost 7lbs this week!!! I'm over the moon and just hope the weight losses keep coming at this rate, if they do I'll be less than I was aiming for when I go to Florida in May, WOOHOO!!!
