I've never been so excited about a diet!
Tomorrow morning I'm going for my very first weigh in before i start my Cambridge Diet and for some weird reason I'm so excited anyone would think it was Christmas Eve.
For those that know me I have done lots of weight loss plans in the past and the most I've ever lost is 2 stone (Slimming World) but as soon as I stopped going (I moved house out of the area of my club and never got around to finding my nearest one to my new home) I packed the weight back on plus a bit extra to boot!
I'm looking at this diet in a completely new light because it doesn't involve eating at all it will take my focus completely away from food (no more boredom eating in the evenings) so I'll have to think of better things to do with my time - any new hobby ideas are welcome!
I decided that I would set up this blog mainly to help me to keep focused but hopefully it will help others at the same time. I'm looking to do a weekly post after each of my weigh ins that will include my weight at that point and an up dated photo.
So here we go, wish me luck!
